CHKC 150 Eighth Street – November 2025 Update

CHKC is excited to share the latest update on 150 Eighth Street. Construction is still underway, and significant progress continues to be made.

Construction Update

Due to unexpected delays, the building will now be completed in early Spring 2026.
Construction projects involve many moving parts, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. We appreciate your understanding and hope there are no further delays.

Tenant Selection Process Update

We are currently interviewing and offering apartments to applicants who are deafblind.

Once this phase is complete, we will know if there are apartments available for applicants who require accessible and affordable housing but are not deafblind.
