CHKC 150 Eighth Street – February 2026 Update

Thank you for your patience and support as we complete the tenant selection process and manage the construction of the building. 

Construction Update:

We want to let you know due to unexpected delays, construction is not yet far enough along for us to confirm when the construction will be complete or to provide a move-in date. We understand future tenants will need to give their current landlords 60 days’ notice and need enough notice to plan their move. CHKC will definitely be respectful of that when the move in date is determined. We will share an update as soon as we have a confirmed timeline.

Tenant Selection Process Update:

As are finishing the tenant selection process, we are no longer accepting new housing applications. We are completing final interviews and making offers for the remaining available apartments.
